Small Groups

Group therapy is provided for individuals experiencing similar issues. Being part of a group gives members a chance to express themselves in a safe setting, feel a sense of belonging and benefit from the support of others in a similar situation. Individuals participating in small groups learn to develop communication and socialization skills. As they practice these new skills in the safe setting of the small group, their confidence for using those skills outside of the group grows and they begin to transform the skills into their everyday life.
