Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and structured, while also allowing space for reflection and emotional processing. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and supporting meaningful change. I work at a pace that feels safe and effective, helping clients feel supported while also moving forward.
You can expect a respectful, nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are taken seriously. Sessions may include discussion, reflection, skill-building, and exploration of emotional and relationship patterns. We will focus on both insight and practical strategies to help manage your emotions, navigate relationships more effectively, and feel more grounded in daily life.
I work with adults navigating:
Stress and anxiety
Emotional reactivity and overwhelming feelings
Relationship difficulties and recurring patterns
Attachment-related concerns
Life transitions and personal growth
I help individuals understand what's keeping them stuck and find practical ways to feel better--especially in relationships. Â
I provide individual therapy only. While we may explore your relationship experiences in depth, the work focuses on your internal experience, patterns, and responses within relationships rather than couples therapy. Your partner is welcome to attend on occasion, if extra support is needed.
My work is solution-focused and relational, informed by attachment theory and nervous system regulation. I help clients understand how emotional responses and relationship patterns develop, and how to respond more intentionally rather than reactively. Therapy is oriented toward increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational health.
Emotional reactions and relationship patterns are often influenced by the nervous system’s (fight or flight) response to stress. Therapy includes supporting nervous system stabilization so clients can feel more regulated (less "triggered"), present, and capable of managing your emotions. This allows for clearer thinking, improved emotional control, and healthier relational responses.
The length of therapy varies depending on individual goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work, while others choose ongoing therapy for deeper exploration and continued growth. We will decide together, regularly review progress, and adjust treatment as needed. You are always free to pause or end therapy at any time. There is never any obligation to continue when it no longer feels supportive.
Finding the right therapist is important. If you are looking for a thoughtful, grounded, and relational approach that balances insight with practical skills, this work may be a good fit. I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation to discuss your goals and determine whether my approach aligns with your needs.Â
The first step is scheduling a consultation or initial session. This allows us to discuss what you’re hoping to work on and determine the best path forward.
